I AM WILLING TO...

  Take the time now to list the areas in which you are "willing" to change. These items might be changes you will make, a new way of being, a new approach to life or to you concerns, or a commitment to something better. Try to complete at least ten items.


This is now your new "Intention List" and it is the catalyst that will start positive change to happen in your life. In an effortless manner (don't try and force things or make it happen, as we generally tend to do in the left brain way of doing things), review this list daily and just be willing to let things unfold "as they should"! You will find that things will start to shift automatically and others will get it! This process is a powerful tool in making positive shifts in your life - by gaining awareness of your Tolerations, writing them down, and declaring your willingness to change them, you will release energy blocks and allow change to happen effortlessly!
